Rude customers who are almost entirely in the wrong should be fair game. I should be able to tell them to fuck off if they push me too far. [It takes a lot sometimes, but once I'm gone, you'd best run for the door.] Listening to this guy with an awful haircut just bitch and bitch and not realize he was basically trying to get the managers to give him $120 pissed me off.
