Well. That's a bit of a disappointment. Cass has been going on about how she was finally [her word, not entirely mine] able to get my birthday present and that it should be here this weekend.
I check my email, after having been on a bit of a "yay, gifty!" high for the last day or two... and it's not coming. Her husband needs cigarettes and this and that and it's not happening. *pout*
Christ, whatever is making that weird sound can just shut the fuck up because it's annoying. I think the neighbors are doing work on their back porch, which I don't really begrudge them anything, but I. Would. Like. To. Sleep.
Siiiiiigh. On the plus side, I should still be getting my sneakily procured dolly shtuff sometime early next week at the latest. Also, wedding Friday, which means the night off so I can watch Psych. :D
