More new makeup and other goodies

Spent last night putting up new displays at work. Hair care is getting a reset soon so lots of stuff for that. Read in some magazine that the new Herbal Essences counteract copper in your tap water so that's new.

New Essie displays but Essie is freaking expensive so I never buy it. The ballet gel line is really pretty though. Almay put self tanner in foundation but we didn't get any of the light bottles and once more they ignore anyone darker than a tan Carrie Underwood. Umm... Maybelline has Baby Lips crayons and the nude one smells amazing... I assume this is their answer to Revlon's balms? New mascara from them as well. Jordana has those contour and highlight chubby crayon things because everyone else has them. Covergirl remains a mystery. I was hoping we'd get more WnW stuff but no luck as of yet.

My new hoodie is warm and snuggly but I overheat way too easily when doing more than ringing people up. If not for the annoying sound, I would have been happy with the door opening and closing randomly after awhile. Alas the sound was driving me crazy.

Sadness

Okay, this sucks. I don't really know/like a bunch of my brother's friends (he tends to cycle through them, or did for years and if you hadn't cycled through at least twice, it wasn't worth knowing your name because you might just be a temp as far as I was concerned) but when I came downstairs for dinner, Mom told me that one of the ones I did know and like (and hell, respected) died last night. :(

That's two this year and the third that I could definitely pick out of a lineup had a really big family issue earlier in the year. Right up until the fucking end, eh, 2016?
