in which I babble
Yesterday's freakouts were for nothing. Except maybe the one I didn't actually have concerning my sliced arm. That I'm still a little worried about. Got another headache. This might be because I haven't had anything decent to eat in awhile. So I'm thinking I'll actually make that breakfast instead of calling two donuts a meal. Thanks to Daddy, we've begun the Krispy Kreme Chiller experient. They claim not to have the Mocha one, so we went with their Lotta Latte which is okay. It's got a funky aftertaste thing going on though, so I don't think I'll repeat it anytime soon.
My TFAW goodness is still good, and I got my second box of SV books yesterday. Alas, it was one of those intentionally vague and for good reason lots. Some of the books are practically new and some? Some are so not. For instance, my three billionth copy of #30 looks great, until you check out the spine and then you notice the frickin' cover is coming off. Or one of the Twins books looks like someone tried to take off a price sticker, but it yanked half the back cover off with it. Not a fun feel. *twitch* On the other hand, in one fell swoop, I managed to acquire about half the Jr. High books, and that's the whole reason I bid on the lot anyway. So, yay?
The boy's birthday is tomorrow and the only thing he told me he wanted? Doesn't actually exist. Yeah, I know. Meh.
One more night and then I'm FREE. I'm to call Tracy either Monday or Tuesday, depending on plans and whatnot. Didn't get to see her this morning as she was running late. Woe.
