Mother Nature is loony
Dude. There is a turtle... nesting in my backyard. o_O
eta: Ooops, scared her away. Luckily, I think, before she laid any eggs. I feel bad about this because hello, mother turtle, I didn't mean to scare you. On the other hand, I really don't think eggs where my dufus dog rolls around in the dirt on her cable is the best idea ever thought of by a turtle. So I hope she finds a better home. Maybe the area beyond puppy's reach where she ambled off after I startled her?
