Upon reading what apparently they've done to Jean Grey lately, I can honestly say Marvel must be employing crackheads.

I admit the site I landed on [while looking for the proper spelling of Madelyne Pryor, the bestest version of Jean ever because after life as a clone, she got more depth than Jeannie could ever hope to get. Take that beloved redheaded witch!... sorry] had sketchy English at times, but... Jesus. I can't believe they went through a year or more of that crap. I'm thinking the insanity has passed though, or maybe I'm just not being strong enough to resist the evils of comic books?

Which isn't actually true. I've mostly kicked the habit. Honest. Though I still want to fill in the gaps on the few series I still love and mourn. [Generation X, Excalibur]

So I was lurking at a board and finally got up the nerve to look around and see why people kept making vague references to someone's memory. Keep in mind that most boards, if a well known member leaves, people will do stuff "in their memory". So I was hoping it was that. Nope. Spiffy person had died about a month ago. Which made me awfully sad.

I'm off to go clean my room and sleep. *hugs all*
