various pains and love
My lower back is killing me. As are my knees and various other body parts I wish would stop screaming at me. Ow. I'm entirely too sleepy for someone who should have had enough sleep and needs to get back on the right sleep schedule. *whines*
Sunday. I saw GoF again. Parts of it were clearer when I wasn't looking away every two seconds and parts still made very little sense. Saw the trailer for Aeon Flux which was kinda nifty but ruined at the end when the family of jackasses behind me began ridiculing it. I was so tempted to turn around and say, "Do you mind? I didn't spend half a fortune to hear your over the hill thoughts on a movie that is so obviously not being targeted to you. So SHUT UP." I didn't because I was too tired and also any movement would have knocked the popcorn over.
Please remind me that popcorn and I have officially broken up forever. I always feel sick after eating it. Well, almost always. It's not really worth it.
After that I conned Mom into taking me to Books-A-Million to pick up a magazine. While walking to the checkout, I passed a table overflowing with books on sale. I glanced at it, not really paying much attention, and saw the painfully translated, but worth it for the pictures, Sailor Moon... um, the little books that basically gave you their best episodes, their favorite -whatever-? It was Mercury and after knocking half the table onto the floor, there was Mars too. I wept a little at the lack of Venus [my baby!] but found the Luna-centric [mixxified] manga as well, annnnnnd some of the Cardcaptors [yes, yes, I know] 'cine-manga'. Each of these was $2. Eeeeee! Also found a sweet valley book thrown in for a buck. I was quite happy with my haul. :D
*yawn* Monday was spent doing very little except watching Gilmore Girls Luke has a kid? Why do you taunt me so, ASP? Why? Also, are they totally unable to write Christopher anymore? He's manic, man. Manic. It's a little unnerving. On the other hand, Jess no longer makes me want to throttle him while Logan has slunk back down to "why do you bother?" mode. Emily still infuriates me and then makes me cry like a baby. :/ and Supernatural which had it's very first super lame episode thus far. The insects? I was fine with it until they managed to survive at least five hours [that's if the sun rose at 5am, people] when there was a swarm of a gazillion insects. Dude, if the spiders that got super thin/scary lady down the street came in through the pipes, you were all better off leaving mama and driving off into the sunset. There's no way you could survive that many insects. Especially if there were bees. No sense. None. o_O But the one with Mummy? Creeped me out so that I didn't fall asleep for hours. The end was a little anti-climatic [well, until Daddy appeared] but everytime someone would go near the damn closet I'd mutter, "get the hell out of the closet, dammit!" Creeeeeepy. Amusing now, but creepy then.
Annnnnnd I got a card from A2 yesterday. :D *dances*
And because Heidi asked for it:

If you wanted a border, lemme know. If not, there it is in all the shiny glory you could imagine. Or something. ;)
