Today's entry is:
Being told what I can and cannot post to my own social media accounts. I understand the reasoning if it's what I assume it is (not everyone knows yet and finding out via FB would suck)... but after the six month block on Ari's condition, I'm beyond tired of having to cater my grief to everyone else's time schedule. Maybe I need an outlet, maybe I need someone else to lean on so that I can continue to help you?

I'm sorry about your uncle. And I'm sorry for their hypocritical handling of the no social media request. Like you said, if there's a reason like not everyone knows yet or something then yes, that makes sense. But if they're just going to turn around and make a big spectacle themselves why not let you say something if you want to? Blah.

And also thanks for getting the joys of family hypocrisy. I'm guessing that they didn't want anyone to upstage them or something at this point, because originally I figured maybe they were keeping quiet so that his oldest kid wouldn't find out until after his own surgery. Yeah, no.

My brother and I have bets going on whether the youngest two (the ones we can't stand) are going to have a dramatic meltdown at the not!funeral. I kinda wish I could go just to see and am kind of glad I probably can't go because I'd say something that I can't take back.
