I'd like to state for the record that as far as Labor Day sales went, I was pretty well behaved. I caved on two, and would have caved on one for Cass's gift if I could have found one that applied.
I snagged the Disney Store exclusive Evie because they finally had free shipping without a minimum (so when she goes on sale in 4 seconds, you're welcome) and Evie's my favorite of the bunch AND that's actually one of my favorite outfits for her anyway. I just wish they'd do different faces. You have the power, guys. Use it.
I also took advantage of the Yankee 3/$10 sale on their little jar candles, figuring I'd try out a few that weren't in my store that way and anything I didn't like, I'd gift later. Or I bought as gifts anyway. I only did this one, aside from gift giving, because they let the coupon code work on it, too. So it was pretty cheap.
I hope your Labor Day was fun. I spent mine either working or doing that, "I should maybe nap?" debate which turned into "I'll clean a bit and watch some Murder She Wrote on Netflix." And that led to the conversation with Cass about Halloween wreaths and Stuart Townsend's unfortunate movie adaptions. I'm miffed that my MSW marathon is wholly incomplete because loads of episodes are missing but do they warn you of this upfront? Noooooooo.
Sigh. I'm debating starting to decorate properly for fall. Might wait til tomorrow since this is one of my weird weeks. (I'm off tomorrow night.) We'll see.
