I miss Groo.

Woe! A2 mentioned that I hadn't been around and I do belive she is right. Of course, this is all my fault. :p I went to the library on Valentine's Day and they had... *drum roll* Angel S2 & 3 on DVD, so I snagged the ones they had [the last two discs of 2, and the first and last of S3] and have been trying to burn through them quickly. Thing is, around here we have but one DVD player and it only really works, without the help of the boy and his expensive "if I do you a favor, what'll you do for me" prices, on one TV. The one in the living room. Where my parents watch 99% of their TV. Dad is responsible for all weekend daytime hogging and anything after 5pm on weekdays. My brother will sit and watch crap while reading the sports page during the day, and my mother gets the TV at 9pm and will continue to watch until she runs out of West Wing episodes, or realizes that Spike TV isn't playing Highlander when she thought they were. Soooo, I basically have to wait until 11 to snag it before the boy returns for his midnight rendevous with the various sports stations. :p

That combined with a splitting headache that stuck around for two days, and the new Laurell K. Hamilton book [wheeee, fey smut!] and you can see that I have been a geeky little monkey. Only, I hate monkeys, so could I be a geeky little Impy instead? ;)

So. That's the night shift. During the day, I've been having non adventures and watching bad movies.

Monday: Watched the Alyssa Milano Family Guy episode. Weird. Family Guy=funny. Alyssa on FG=bitchy.
Also saw Final Destination 2 which is pure crap. Oh sure, I don't think I've been quite that grossed out in awhile, but come on. "The pigeons!" ? Sheeeeesh. Plus the only reason I can remember anyone's name is because I was basically asked to try and see if they ever mentioned any names. They don't until halfway through the film and people have begun to die. People you don't care about. You shriek with joy when the truck from hell takes out the first group of idiots, you wonder what kind of jackass the second victim is, and then you marvel that they had pigeons cause a death. Death by pigeons. If that doesn't say it all, what the hell will? :p

Tuesday: I got me a myscene Nolee. Who is now named Wednesday. She hasn't been opened yet though. Soon. Sooooon. Oh, and I got dragged all over the freakin' place before settling down to watch GG, which was fantabulous, Scrubs [yay!], and SVU which was weird and had a twist I didn't see. Yay!

So. I'm here to bore you senseless. My current scheme/plan is to take advantage of my parents' insane belief that they have the patience to grow anything. It happens every spring. This year I plan on growing stuff too. Legal stuff, so stop thinking that, okay? I just... don't know what yet. We'll see.

Hrmm. Looking forward to Angel tonight, hope that the idiots that be at the WB find themselves hexed further than they already are, annnd I think that wraps this all up.

And anyone wondering if Eclipse: Cherry Chill gum was any good? It's not. Ick. It's not awful, but it's an awful lot like chewing a cough drop, only without the satisfying crunch.

Oh, and I got a new icon. I think. Yes. So, behold the wonder.
