I met a girl I'd like to know better...
Feb. 22nd, 2004 02:48 pmFinally finished Seduced by Moonlight and I have one major gripe. Why, why, WHY is there not another book in the series that will magically appear in my hands now? This one was sooooo good. Bloody and gory and not as smutty [well, maybe more smut opportunities, but poor Merry didn't really get to follow through without bad/weird things happening] and did I mention bloody? But in that "it had to happen" way.
Dammit, I need more. More! But not gonna happen. Woe. And they're making a Gossip Girl movie, but no Merry. Not that they could make a Merry movie since it'd have to be an indie or rated NC-17, or sliced to hell and back. Which reminds me that I want to see Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.
Tonight. New Charmed. Unless you cheated and caught it online already. Oddly enough the radio ad [which I'll have to tape since I've missed all of sweeps so far] is pure fluff and Phoebe heavy. This is odd because the radio ads tend to mimic the tone of the trailers the WB whores out. This one didn't. Which is a shame because I like the trailer for TCoWF. Which is fun to put like that.
Hrmm. It seems nice, so I guess I'll have to go looking for my gloves to rip out some thorny evil in the rose garden.
Eeeeeee! Today is 2-22! The most holy of the days with fun digits. Yes, I've got a thing for 22. I can't explain it. Well, I can, actually, but I think I have. If not, then rewind to me being *thinks* 17 or so. For some reason more than a couple of my friends had decided to name the various aspects of their personality. Like, the bitchy side was -whatever name-, the overly dramatic side was -you get the idea-. So I named my hyperactive "who gives a shit" side 22. Sure, people tried to say "no, it must have a real name. Like... Trixie!" but then they took the name for themselves and 22 stuck around.
Anyway. I'm off.
Oh, sometime this century I'm going through my brother's ex girlfriend's various magazines and slicing them up and ripping out the stuff I want, tossing the stuff I don't. If anyone has some weird celebrity fixation that doesn't happen to be one of mine [thus all Holly, Rose, Shannen, Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, people like that requests will be, unfortunately, ignored] and would like me to keep an eye out for said celebrity, let me know and I'll yank what I see for you. First come, first serve, first love. Note that most of her magazines are Teen People, so keep that in mind.
