Oh. My. Dog. Or, if you prefer "OMFG!" repeated endlessly. Until you feel as weird as I do.

New guy at work? Fairly nice, a bit spacy [however since I'm fairly sure I come off as flaky, no complaints] but nice. Mom comes in to get her paper and somehow, while I'm gone to the pharmacy or something, they find out that the boy and new dude were super close friends in elementary school.

Oh. My. God.

And it's just... weird. Blew my mind. Circuts still fried to be honest. Just, whoa. I don't know why I'm so surprised, but... I am.

*blinks*


I'm going to go to sleep now. My head still hurts. Tis weird. As I left work, the boss was puking, the pharmacist was sort of joking about passing out.. and I had a raging headache.

Disclaimer: this entry does not contain doll glee, fandom glee [or snark], work related misery, or family bitching. as such it may bore the piss out of you, so you might want to skip. In fact, you probably should since this is me bitching about Ryan, who for those who don't remember, is the boyfriend.


That said, I'm ... you know, I'd typed confused and pissed off, but I don't think I'm actually truly either one of those. I'm not sure what I am.

I was going to go visit Cass today because she was bitching that Matt [her toyboy] was helping his boss move and -insert long drawn out explination here-, I felt bad for her. So I was going to go visit. I set my alarm and fell asleep. I didn't wake up until 5:30, and immediately felt guilty because I couldn't see her then. So I called to explain. Turns out she had company and that I wasn't as missed as I would have been. Great, right? Then she asks if Ryan called me.

... I check the caller ID, and no. If he did, someone erased it. Why? Because she called him and they had a little chat and he said he would call.

And then she glosses right over the interesting bits and complains that every conversation seems to devolve into the "life is crazy here in hell" stories he's got. She's right. They do. But damn it, let's concentrate on the her bitching him out section for a second, okay?

So I pull teeth and get some more information and realize a) she shouldn't have told me she talked to him and b) I... I'm not sure. There is a b, but I couldn't tell you what it is.

See, she pointed out that I was kind of irked at certain things. The biggest being that when I do catch him online it's like talking to the wall, only the wall I can pretend wants to talk to me. He's all kinds of busy. He's got a loverly RP game depending on him and like 30 people all needing his time, and someone is just going to get the short end of the stick.

So I get it. Every. Single. Time?

And this is supposed to somehow be a proper excuse? Even given the fact that I'm sure something got lost in the translation from him to her to me, still.

I know I'm not the best at keeping the "I'll call" promise, but damn it. I try to hunt him down.

And right now I'm just a little out of it. Also the most annoying thing of all? His annoying roommate [who could be very nice, I dunno. Never talked to the guy.] who always fucking bugs him when I'm on the phone didn't bother Cass and him once. And yes. He was there.

I wants me some music, but I think I got rid of all my ways to aquire it less than, um... legally.

So I guess I'm off to read and wait for the parentals to give up control of the DVD player. I'm sure Wonderfalls will cheer me up.
