How to properly sum up this birthday? Let's put it this way.

My one present was wrapped in old wrapping paper one of the cats had long ago claimed as theirs by peeing on it.

That's how my birthday was.

I've had better, I've had worse, and I have a bone to pick with a certain friend for basically getting her birthday wish over with about ten seconds after midnight and then ignoring me the rest of the day. That's vaguely insulting.

On the other hand _soulblueprint calling and giving me proof that the clones both giggle? That definitely adds to the shiny yay factor. :D

For those who pondered the gift and didn't want to wade through the angst, tis the new Bratz Twiins. They were sort of shoved behind some other crap and somehow managed to speak to me, as a set, far more than Pheebs and Roxxi ever did. [Due to years of SVH, I have a twin fixation. I'm weak.] Plus, they're about $5 cheaper for some odd ass reason.

I bought myself MyScene Goes Hollywood Nolee [eeeeeeebbbil], the fashion fever fashion week thingie in silver and purple [yay!], the new Bratz boutique clothing set in white and the pink top with pinstriped pants that Icy immediately claimed. Oh, and a Cliq It doll on clearance. However, I now know why she was on clearance. :p

Dolly thoughts: This means I got to see some of the newer dolly crack I hadn't seen in person yet, so a bit of a ramble.

Saw Treasures Sasha. The colors kind of make her fade into the background, but I was tempted. Verrrrry tempted. The moment she's part of a sale, I'll probably bring her home. No sign of Jade, naturally.

GH Madison isn't half as horrid in person, but she's still... off. It's like they intended her to look bronzed and faaaaaaabulous, but it just made her look sickly. However, she's got nifty stuff. So, again, sale bait. No sign of Lindsay, B, Chels, or Hudson. Did see Ryan. Can't really imagine they needed someone who looked so similar to River since they just canned Ellis and all. Saw the dressing room. OMG! The use of "OMG!" should spell out exactly how much coolness there is.

Annnnnd I'm wanting to ruin a Pullip badly. But I'll be good. For now. The urge comes and goes... Sigh. [that would be the urge to customize one, not just randomly throw one into oncoming traffic.]
