(no subject)

God. I have a headache that is currently showing no signs of leaving. I thought maybe it was caffeine withdrawal, so I had a Pepsi. I thought it was lack of food, so I ate breakfast. I figured I'd cover the obvious base with the pills and so far? My head still feels like someone used it to drum out messages sometime in the night.

I feel all kinds of victorious though. Why? Because after months of cringing anytime I went to shower because the tub was, alas, filthy, I broke down and actually scrubbed that hunk of... whatever until it began to shine. Then I took a shower and remembered that a big chunk of the problem is that the shower curtain? Ick. So if the travels today [I'm being kidnapped in two hours] take me anywhere that sells such things, I'll have to snag one.

Watched last week's repeats of House, only to stop in the middle and land on Uptown Girls and realize why Chase [on House] always looks so damn familiar. D'oh. All this time I thought it was just Ari's obsessive love affair when House premiered, but no. Then there was a snippet or twelve of Ever After which I love, but am unable to watch without sniffling.

That reminded me of the ABC family movie I have to remember to tape tonight, and that reminded me that there's actually a Lifetime movie I want to watch tomorrow. It's got Alia Shawkat and apparently I'm one of the only people who remembers State of Grace. Each little review I've stumbled across goes a little something like this: "OMG! Best known for her stint on Arrested Develepment, who knew she could do drama too?" Meh.

Off to see the wizard...
