For the love of all that's shiny, who do I have to kill around here to get AVG to let me download a program I've already downloaded? Seriously, each time I go through this, it gets more and more difficult. Do you want the spleen of my first born? Because it's getting to that stage where I fully expect them to ask for it.

[my computer decided it would reset itself to an earlier version, which is fine as that's just vexing enough as it is, only it comes complete with a virus I'd pretty much just managed to shove under the bed as it were, and this go round I actually think I managed to kill it dead... Or as dead as these things can be, I suppose.]

Soooooo... will the third time be the charm, or will I be forced to kill something? cuz I'm all kinds of tense and displeased.
