Which, actually, given the amount of bitching I've done, you'd think I'd be thrilled. I dunno, but could I get an update as to whether I need to order that dress or not? Which you can't really say to someone who is depressed, as it smacks of being a bit uncaring for some odd reason. Go figure.
Yesterday I was supposed to go to Cassy's [which always looks weird in print, but is easy for me to say] to help clean, but they never called me back. This was a bit of a bitch since I slept all funky and was exceptionally tired after my lunch, but still, I stayed awake. No call. No email. Nada. I made dinner for the boy and I, and for the first time in ages, it was really tasty. Well, the steak was. I wasn't that big on the baked potato, but Mumsy made that [for some reason, the bp's I make always taste wrong] so my contribution was delicious.
Then I went off to sleep. Only I was waylaid by the dollies. First there was Posey who helped make dinner, and then there was Scarlet, who said she wanted to try Evie's stock wig. Which I went looking for a couple of weeks ago, but never did find. Found it this time, after I knocked over the giant tower of Pullip boxes. Meh. She looks adorable in the wig, although there is no photographic evidence of it... yet. However, Evie's curls cause the wig to slide back too far on her head, so I plopped the purple and black wig on her head and she looks so cuuuuuuuuuute. Again, the camera was in here, not my room, so... yes. Then Foster's was on TV, and I realized for the nine billionth time that hey, Goo is annoying at times, but hmm, I haven't messed with Nahh Ato enough, and somehow the two combined into cuteness. Can't figure out how to take down her funky hair, which is probably just as well. Then SVU was on and I had to watch that despite having seen that one already. Then I slept for ages.
Heh, I'd lost the link to this before virus bait died. I don't think it's half as awesome as some people do, but that's probably because I haven't read a BSC book in ages and I'm still miffed that I don't know where most of my collection is. Also, I don't have that kind of rage towards the books. :P But let's quote:

Cannae speak for the rest of the South [I maen you, Kentucky] but uh, yeah? Seriously gross and disturbing, but many of the summers I spent going to OASIS and hanging out with Anne Marie were spent trying not to gag as she and everyone else on the frickin' planet had pimento cheese sammiches. But yeah, back to the snark locker for one of the other nine billion things they got wrong. I believe in you, rage-a-holic. Luckily, atleast one other person stepped up to say, yeah.
Which makes my head hurt a little, in that it's always a little weird that something that is such a part of boring normal for you gives someone else a total, "wait, what the fuzzy?" moment.
Tummy is now upset. Apparently even small bags of popcorn are on the no way list. Sad.
