Dear Gossip Girl comms and the people who post nothing but fucking icon posts,
Stop it. When at least one of them mentioned that a vast majority of the people on the comm are annoyed by them, this is not someone's way of playing chicken with you and trying to encourage you to up the ante, ok? Jesus!
My throat hurts. Woe is me. I also switched stories for NaNo. I figure if one is whispering in my ear and the other died before I even began, and it was more fun having my teeth pulled, then maybe I should go with the one I was more interested in telling at the moment. Of course, the real clincher was the fact that no one will read either one, so I might as well shamelessly steal someone else's real ghost story and exploit it for my own nefarious purposes. Shamelessly, love. Shamelessly. It has the added bonus of making me think of him while I write, but the downside of knowing that this one is going in the "Do Not Read" pile for all eternity. Or at least until December allows for edits. Haven't updated NaNo yet to reflect this, but thems the breaks, people.
And proof that there is a God: My DVR deigned to tape last night's new Holly movie. Or at least it says it did, and it snagged the first nine minutes at the very least. Let me repeat that. New HOLLY! :D
