My goals today are simple.

• Vacuum the office.


• Steam clean the office.


• Switch air fresheners [office to parental room]


• Finish reading a book or three, or hell, start the new China one.


• Look at various sales papers.


• Find Mumsy's mother's day present. Bonus points if anniversary/birthday can also be found and bought.

Honey, the sound of crickets you hear is because NO ONE'S INTERESTED. STILL!

Vexing to have accidentally made it to the end of last season of Scrubs and not have the new season. ;_;

(no subject)

The problem with watching TV for an extended period of time is that it essentially renders me blind. Well, at least so far as looking at any bright things. So, I'm typing this with my eyes mostly closed. Yay me! But it's stupid, so I'm going to go... I dunno, I already cleaned and read and cleaned some more. I would have gone back to sleep only there was a GIANT roach in my room, and despite the intervening hours, I'm not sure it hasn't pulled up a chair and made itself super comfy. Gross. So, I could take the cat in with me, but she could destroy things in her quest to kill said bug if it comes out of hiding... or she could start to sing and I would be forced to try not to strangle her. Fear not, she'd win anyway.
