In which I ask you, the people, to vote

This is the second or third time this has come up, so I'll ask you wise people. Do you consider either of these states to be part of the South (in the US)? Florida or Virginia keep coming up as defensively not Southern fried and uh... I am confused.

Huh. This is my first poll. I wonder if I'll break it. For what it's worth, I think of Virginia as southern and Florida is it's own damn entity. I've had too many people complain that Florida is so not the deep South, gators and backwoods country be damned. So... one and a half. The one good thing about SC is that no one ever questions your southern fried-ness. :P
