4/1/13 man, what could go wrong with a date like that?

It's April 1st which means a few things:

1) This woulda been my anniversary. Which I'd forgotten until yesterday, huzzah!
2) April Fool's Ribbons are unleashed in the Shell Spring on PPG
3) The board over on Playthings looks weird.

Other stuff, but for now I've got 428 shells burning a hole in my virtual pocket and I am about to fling them into oblivion in hopes of getting one of the ribbons. Wish me luck!

ETA: Threw in all my shells. Got nine of the ribbons. Dude, I'm lucky if I ever get *one* let alone nine. Huzzah! I cheated and bought the blue one when I ended up with just about every color aside from that one. I got: white, green, brown, yellow, black, light pink, beige, red, and purple was my first one. :D I think that leaves orange and dark pink? I'm content without them. I'm debating selling the brown or beige ones. *muse* I sincerely doubt most of these will get much use.

Now I'm debating a small nap since the headache I had for 15+ hours finally went away and the rush of no pain has left me a little sleepy.

My faith in the day has been restored

Today has been super awesome to me so far. :D My headache from yesterday finally went away, my nap was actually nap length (well, cat-nap) and when I awoke, the toy gods smiled.


Someone is selling W2 Lagoona and Cupid's diary and I snagged them both. :D

Cass forwarded me a BaB notice that Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash are both available online now. They're kinda expensive so unless this mythical $10 coupon materializes, I suppose I'll have to wait.

Lori posted about the Misfits being up for pre-order and a quick Flickr search unearthed some magic which she then confirmed and ohmydollygods, you guys. OH. MY. STARS.

Now I just need my BFC order corrected (basically gimme back my $20 since the reward didn't work for just about anyone. Good job there, guys. Good job) and the world will be fantastic.

We've knocked two three houses off the newer list but one was the house I'd already sort of crossed off anyway and the other was likely out of our price range so that still leaves some distinct possibilities on the table. Third one just went, but it was the one I'd grumped about having an insane policy for a rental.

My deviled eggs are delicious and today is just turning out to be really good. Yays!
