Mar. 13th, 2020 07:01 pmLast night I walked into a hellscape where my coworker (and I use the term loosely) detailed how he'd been in the middle of putting up six cases of TP, been called away halfway through, and came back to the final three cases having been ripped open and emptied. Yes.
I then spent the next hour and a half timing runs to the stockroom for TP and essentially rationing out Angel Soft or Scott from the first register. "Do you need any Angel Soft before I attempt to put it on the shelf?" was almost always greeted with a yes. I didn't make it to the shelf for hours but that's because we decided to keep the rationing tactic. I started it not just because I literally did not have time to go to the aisle and put up four packs of TP at a time, but because the one time I did have an entire open case on my cart to put up, someone came up and grabbed all four.
My dude, you are just being an asshole.
I shall now try my best to not think of scary pandemics and how certain people in this household are in the "oh hell no" category... and think of the dude who robbed the store Sunday and was busted later on in the week and how he'd also stolen a Frito Lay truck and parked it at his home.
