okay, I get it
Jul. 30th, 2023 11:24 amI get why people do not like the wannabe SM at work. I trust the people who gave me the LOOK anytime she came up but I hadn't personally experienced anything until last night when it became crystal clear that she's one of those leads who dumps all her work on everyone else, picks a task that does not need to be done (and doesn't actually do it anyway), and kills time til she leaves. Early. Oh, and bitches when people aren't doing a thing she isn't doing either.
Ma'am, if J is right and corporate is trying to push you on our store, everyone will fucking quit first. It has been a VERY long time since I ran out of my social batteries less than three hours into my shift but dude, by 12:30 I was BEYOND done with her ass.
And that was WITH two other leads basically being cushion between us... only I could tell she was doing the same shit to them.
Oh, and I can say I've now seen the "Sir, I'm gonna have to ask you to put your hands behind your back for me, please" thing right in front of me now, so check that off the list.
