blood turns me green

impyWell, that's a bit odd. The second book that was returned seems to have been on it's way to someone who is no longer a member of the site. What do you do when that happens?
You distract yourself with the knowledge that And The Bride Wore White: Seven Secrets to Sexual Purity is apparently a children's book. o_O Why, PBS, why?
... huh. Never posted that. Oops! Got distracted by a LKH rant yesterday and it ate my soul, as they happen to do.
I somehow managed to cut my hand, which led to the amazingly awesome conversation below:
me: *flumps down at the table and peers at it* hey, who's bleeding?
mom: where? huh, must've been me, as I was sitting there before... lemme see your hands.
me: *twists back and forth until mumsy grabs 'em*
mom: how'd you do that?
me: *feels queasy at the sight of blood* uhhhhhh...I don't suppose it's a good thing that I didn't even notice that eh? *tries not to imagine it hurting*
mom: ...no.
Still have no clue how I managed it, and it was messy, too.
