impyWatched episode 1x09 of PLL (The Perfect Storm) and if you're a Holly fan, it's one to watch because she's in it quite a bit and is super pretty throughout. No spoilers, really, other than to say Yay for Mrs. Hastings! And I never thought I'd be able to say that. So strange and yet... it's true.
But please, please, please don't let the general consensus of the fandom on ABC Family be correct. Don't let Lucas be A. He can be the one who totally trashed the memorial because, let's face it, Ali was a bitch. But don't let him be A. Keep A as Mona or have it be someone else. Not Lucas. K? Thanks. I appreciate it.
I'm sure I've said it before, but damn this show is pretty. Not just the cast but the way it's shot.
Moving along, rescued yesterday's mail this morning and I think my Charmed comics have finally appeared. I'm afraid to open that particular package since it was a little bent and sat in the rain all night. ;_; Also, I was distracted by this small tube that was in the mailbox, also from the same place my comics are being shipped. It's another Paige action figure. The exact. Same. One. I don't even know why I would need two. Did they intentionally send me two? Will I be getting an email requesting the second one be returned? I really wish they'd sent Piper or even Feebs or hell, a different Paige.
Looks like Clawdeen will have to wait (unless Amazon gets her back in stock) because they're retiring stuff I want from AG and I do have money squirreled away for just such an occasion. Still not 100% positive on some of the things, but I snagged what I wanted enough to pay full price on, and one thing that ebay turned up cheaper without any real effort on my part. Don't have a ton of money for shiny things, but I had enough for this. Just have to remember not to go insane on anything come pay day aside from...
Do you know what time it is? It's September Issue Time! It's the time of year when I buy just about every damn semi-fashion magazine because the powers that be bust their asses to make a fan-freakin'-tastic issue. Oooh. Tingles!
Ari made me this mix CD for my birthday and it's eerie how many songs on it I already loved and how many I do love. The fact that she added one of my favorite Dixie Chicks songs (not that there are a ton, but that makes it even more impressive) right in the thick of songs I love? *purrs* The first half of the CD is amazing. The second half I haven't had as much time to listen to just yet. The only downside to this mix is that there are a lot, lot, lot of sad songs or songs that you could pretend are sad.
