impyI may have to rethink my stance on getting married. I may have to marry someone rich to avoid working. :p
I'd forgotten how much I loathe being a cashier. Actually, that's not so bad, but the intercom/phone system spooks the hell out of me because I know I'm going to screw things up. Well, that and the fact that I don't remember any codes. Thus ensuring I'll screw something up. Joy!
Bah. Plus rainchecks are evil. Seriously evil. Whether someone wants them or has one or anything to do with them. *shudders* Which means... dum dum dum... if I don't start in the fun third shift soon, I'm going to either get a crash course in codes, or quit.
But I'm just cranky because I didn't have any money to get lunch or a drink, and spent five hours on the floor wishing I could run screaming.
Though the pay is bit more than I was told... so no complaints on that end. Just do the magic happy dance so that I become night shift the next time they add anything to my schedule, okay? Gracias.
