impyMerry Christmas Eve! I hope your holiday season has been a good one and that your Christmas is fab. :D
It doesn't even feel like December, let alone the holidays, and hasn't for pretty much the entirety of December. There have been very brief moments (we're talking seconds) here and there, but it's been a very strange holiday season.
Spent last night at work in photo. All night. I wasn't even doing the complicated orders! Just catching up on all the easy orders, then trying to figure out the orders they left lying around, and then having to go full CSI: WAGS to figure out where random photos belonged and then whether the orders on the photo machine proper were actually ones I could or even should do, since some of them turned out to be cancelled. By the time I should've clocked out, we were all caught up on the easier orders, but when I walked by the machine on my way out, I saw two new orders. I didn't even get to fully update the morning person and A before they'd added more orders. D: Still, I did what I could to keep dayshift from starting out underwater.
Eight. Fucking. Hours. In. Photo.
Well, more like 7 and some change, but still. Even taking into consideration me ringing people up during that, it was still very much insane.
Welp, off to gather up the fluffy boys and then head to bed. Trying to figure out if there's anything festive I want to wear to work tonight. *muse*
