impyFigured out why mom seemed so extra off the last couple of days- she forgot to take her meds. I'm not sure how long but I'm pretty sure the first day my brother did a grocery run she was still okay. Sick but okay. So Sunday or Monday at the earliest and I'm thinking closer to Monday. Bad but not as bad?
Anyway this means I need rides to and from work all week. I don't hear from my brother all day so I beg Cass who says tonight is no problem. I tell the boy about my discovery and get a call and almost immediately he's dangerously close to "well she has been saying..." No, you little shitstain,she has not. She just got her cataracts surgery and if she's said anything weird this past week it's because she has the flu! I have the same thing and I did wish more than once for the universe to simply end me. It's awful.
And then he has the nerve to immediately try and weasel out taking me to and from work even though none of the times overlap! He's just not willing to wake up earlier... and my job is literally five minutes from his house. Yes, there's the 20 drive back but even then getting him home again at that hour is pretty quick. It sucks but suck it up!
