I know exactly which one you mean because I had it too and I loved it. I know they re-released it a few years ago and the nail polish crowd went wild and then... nothing. I don't know why they don't make it a permanent thing, or at least a recurring re-release for the holidays or something because it sold out in 48 hours at work. I guess because actual chrome polishes chip like crazy? As far as I know (and as far as my Google-fu has shown me), the only way to get the actual chrome/mirror effect is to either hunt one of the older polishes down online or break out the kits.
I've got a few metallic polishes that are very nice wannabes (Essie's No Place Like Chrome) but it's like comparing the shiny side of aluminum foil to the dull side. Nice for what it is but not the same by any stretch of the imagination. It might work for what you want though?
