  Sooooooooo... Joss is adorable here, even though I swear her face looks like they mirrored it. I like her jacket. I don't know how I feel about her mom-jean shorts. Her shoes are not cute in practice, though in people size they'd probably be perfectly fine flip-flps that would hurt after half an hour of wearing them. But she's really cute. *grabby hands*

  Whhy does it have to be tassels. WHY. I like the shade of blue used which I suppose is a good thing since the rest of the stuff (aside from the keychain) is pretty cute. That notebook with Joss notes shall be mine. I do wish they hadn't done away with the savings when you bought the doll and her accessories. Give people a reason to buy the accessories at the same time as the doll, AG. Otherwise we don't.

  I find myself liking these shoes but the outfit itself is probably a pass for me. Prints and I are rarely friends.

  I see. In order to get the bow that goes with this outfit, you have to buy the backpack. I... really, AG? Are you in a position to be that stingy and petty? Also, I think poor Joss looks stupid as hell with the ponytail they've chosen to give her. I feel like a dick for not liking the headband as it serves a purpose but also, she kinda needs the bow as much is made about the bow being important. Also, poor Joss. Her shoe selection is truly tragic. Btw, this is the outfit I'm on the fence about.



Cheer Competition Outfit // $36

  Is that bow really pink? Because it looks like purple glitter. Pink and orange continues to make vomit, only now with sparkles. Sigh. These are probably the best shoes she's got and they're white sneakers. Sad. I'm willing to admit fully that this is one I dislike simply because I don't like the color scheme. Otherwise it's fine for what it is.



Sea Lion Pup / $20

  Might catch a glimpse is code for Not In The Books Even Once. Cute and random and at this point I should just have a shelf for random AG animals from the murder cow to the pig that's never mentioned in anything of Blaire's. The sea lion might join them, honestly.



Bulldog With Vest // $30

Joss loves to take her pup, Murph, with her to Dog Beach. This plush bulldog has brown-and-white fur, sweet brown eyes, and her own removable life jacket to keep her safe in the waves.
  MURPH! Come to me, my baby! Um, yes. Murph will be ordered whenever I order Joss. Also, Murph is why I am convinced that Joss was meant to be last year's CC character who was scrapped. Proto-Murph showed up on the grey market and no one could figure out where or what was going on, but Murph's stunt in book 2 means that the skating ramp put out last year, which was originally slated for the CC, was meant to go with Joss. Thus Joss is the CC from last year.
Also, Murph is just the cutest damn thing and I love her.



Joss's Surfboard Set // $50

There’s nothing Joss wants more than to learn the frontside air and win the video contest so she can meet her surf idol, Tina Hart. She spends time practicing in the waves at the Break nearly every day. Includes:

  I admit I was a little on the fence about this but if not for the price, I'd be tempted, honestly. I like that the towel can kinda double as a wave backdrop (I'd have made it a little bigger so that it really could) and the colors are really pretty together. I like the Tina Hart detail to the story and also, yeah, surfer girl needs her board. Surfer girl is gonna have to live without it unless there's a sale, but it's nifty.



Beach Vibes Outfit // $34

  Hard pass, thanks. I like the top colors and even the graphic, but I'm not a huge fan of seeing the arm sockets on display for whatever reason.

After a long day catching waves and practicing cheer stunts, Joss can’t wait to put on her PJs and rest her weary muscles. Her side-tie pajama top has long sleeves and a "Shine Bright" graphic. PJs also include multicolored print leggings and cozy pink slippers with pom-poms on the toes.
  I like the top and the slippers are okay? I also like the braid they've given this Joss. I just don't love the leggings, I guess. *shrug* I guess I can't love all the PJs all the time.
Annnnnnnnnnd I've figured out what my problem with this picture of Joss is, and possibly any that use this exact doll. Her mouth is off center. Just a smidge, but it's enough to drive me slightly bonkers. (Yes. I zoomed all the way in and it's off just a tiny, tiny bit. Looks like more from farther away though.)



Cheer Team Jacket // $15

Joss loves to support her team at practice and competitions by wearing this jacket that zips in the front and has her team’s logo on the back.
  This is a AG Rewards exclusive which means very little since it's not level specific. However, it's on the very short list of things I want to buy and not just because the price isn't terrible for AG. Aqua and white is always lovely.


Oh, and the reason she has a key to her brother's VW van? That's coming this spring. It's rumored to be $650.

At the moment, my list seems to be Joss herself, Murph, the cheer jacket, and probably her accessories and cheer practice outfit.
