So the storm that moved through the area Sunday/Monday kinda killed my computer. I'm not sure he's 100% dead, but the screen of impending doom popped up twice and then the power went out again and I decided it was time to switch computers once things settled down. This means I haven't had time to do a fair amount of things I'd had plans for because Sunday I kinda slept a good chunk of the day away (I've been very tired lately, probably because I haven't gotten enough sleep during my work week) and then I had to back up things and then it was storm switch time. Windows 10 gives me a wicked headache until I remember to tweak things just so, and I haven't quite nailed the edit just yet so I can't be on too long before my head longs for me to slam it into the nearest wall.

I did manage to do a full, deep clean of the top of my computer desk. Yay me? Alas, I woke up this morning with a weird cough and feeling rather awful, but after going back to bed and sleeping on my normal side, I woke up this afternoon feeling much better. I'm guessing it's allergies and my sinuses telling me to fuck off.

I've been working on my library book, One Of Us Is Next and enjoying it.

The storm was crazycakes, for sure! I definitely had to retink my WFH situation and break out my extra surge protector, because it would not do to f'up my computer at this point. Luckily nothing major happened to me, but it apparently messed up something because everyone's having issues with Zoom this week. (Let me tell you how sad it makes me that all of my meetings thus far this week have been postponed because of this LOL.)

Yay for library books! I can't WAIT for the library to open up again because so many of the books I wanna read are not in digital form, but I've had fun doing deep dives into the archives of both Overdrive and hoopla. I am not in the mood for romance yet, but hopefully soon, considering my mini-challenges for the GR reading challenge *crosses fingers*
