Brr. It's chilly. I'm not complaining, though, because better chilly than hot, especially at this time of year. Not updating on things of importance for I do not wish to jinx anything.

AG's having their year end sale which seems to have taken the place of their Cyber Monday sale in terms of there being something worth buying. ALAS, I have no money, but since I held onto my rewards just in case of such a thing happening, I did scoop up the mix and match accessory set with the snowflake purse from the last release of mix and match stuff.

I spent what little money I did have for "fun" things on BBW's sale because we're at the last couple of bottles of soap around here. I resent the hell out of them not having free shipping and encouraging people to shop in stores (I mean actually encouraging it) but most of my abandoned Thanksgiving/Black Friday cart was still in stock, so I just went with whatever was actually on sale in that and called it a day.


A friend sent me an Amazon giftcard and I briefly considered ordering the Murder, She Wrote Funko, but it's out of stock and Amazon immediately had the price jump after I looked at it... and then I saw the WandaVision Funkos. 50's Wanda tickled me but then I saw the Halloween version and yup. Preordered them. Mom seemed to think they were both fab as well.

G'ah. Sleepy but I should probably actually attempt to get moving.

Did you preorder Black Forest with Valerie? She's got 13 of them up in the Dropbox! I wish mine from QVC would arrive. I'm not 100% smitten with any of the 13 she has, which is sad.

I did! Well, I put myself on the list o' doom. Not sure how far down I am, though I imagine probably pretty far. The one day I don't peek to see if the pictures have gone up is when they did, huh? I think I see one in the folder I'd pick, but I also imagine it'll be one of the first to go.

I did cheat and get one from QVC whenever she went up for sale and I've been stalking that particular bit of mail. I hope yours is perfect!

I was shocked to be first for Black Forest, so I got #5. Definitely looks like a boy to me, whereas a lot of other people's look like girls. I'm glad I'm not the only one who cheated with QVC. Heh. My boxes are still saying Jacksonville. Sigh. Which one did you like?

Woo for being first! I'm not sure which one morning!me liked best, as I try not to look too closely for fear of falling in love with a specific one. Evening!me likes 10, even if the ears look a little off somehow.

I tried to be good and wait but then people posted pictures and somehow QVC always knows when I've just finished paying off one item and finds me another one to take its payment place. :P

My box spent the weekend in Columbia. So close and yet so very, very far.

Let's see, mine just made it to West Columbia as of an hour ago. I hope they make it up here overnight!

No Roger pics yet, but both from QVC did arrive. I'm going to be posting pics shortly.

I like the Black Forest, but I'm not sure I like her (this one's a girl) better than the boy one from Valerie. I'm going to set both side by side and make the final decision. Wait til you feel that fur though. I love Rum Baba more still, but this is definitely that same feel. Well, it's the same fur, so yeah.

Roger is difficult because he is SO CUTE, but he's also got really sparse mohair on the left side of his muzzle by his eye. It's not at all noticeable from the front, but it's definitely a flaw. Not enough for me to ship him back immediately, but I'm waiting to see Valerie's and then if there's a cute one, I'll get him and wait until he comes to check both over. I know I'm not going to be able to see a flaw like this unless it's in person. Their mohair can be really spotty, so I'm not sure that would be a big enough flaw for Valerie not to sell the bear if it did indeed have something similar. Ugh, he's so cute though! Big poofy ears and his face is perfect. I hope Crin comes in soon, too.

Crin and Roger are both ones I think are gorgeous but will have to admire from afar, so I hope Crin appears soon for you. Poor Roger. I hope Valerie's got a less flawed one that speaks to you.

BFG envy! Mine got handed off to the PO and is racing the New Year and Mom to see which of the three will get here first. :p Huzzah for the soft fur!

I'm very thankful that UPS here tends to not hand anything to the post office. They almost always bring it themselves, typically a day early, though sometimes it's the day estimated on the tracking.

I totally love this Roger, even flawed. He's getting cuddled regardless. I just have to make sure I don't handle him with anything scented on.
