impyAG's 35th Anniversary Dolls are live. Mostly.
Molly's not available yet but I wouldn't read too much into that as I don't think she was ever available and they took awhile to work out the glitches on the others. Neck strings are back for these, as are line brows for those who had them (ugh) and Felicity's got her laser green eyes apparently. And the brownish shade of red to ever be passed off as red hair. But the original Meet outfit, huzzah!
I'm kind of eying BF Addy or Sam at this point as everyone's all "eeeeee, new doll!" and I have realized I haaaaaaaate the line brows. I must also confess that if not for the brows, I might be tempted by Sam. Yes. I own her, but I've always felt a bit of a disconnect and I keep wondering What If. And of all the re-releases that I already own, shes the only one I don't have the accessories for. But I shall not. For fall will bring new dolls and I should save space. Or something.
I would like a word with whomever styled Kirsten's hair, though. And by word, I mean a smackdown.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll be cackling over Addy and Sam getting their original book illustrations back but Molly's originals are still very much locked in a room somewhere, never to be referenced by AG again. Perhaps that same room houses the NOLA girls.
