Rewatched ep 3 today. Gotta actually sleep but perhaps when I awake we'll go full on Arcane babble or maybe make that AG roundup post. Or both.
But since people refuse to join me on this animated journey, it's looking like I'm actually going to have to *shudder* enter a new fandom.
On the plus side, I've finally found people who don't think the villain is actually dad of the year. On the downside, I've realized even with my earlier rant, I severely underestimated the number of people who seem to have no idea what good parenting involves. And I mean THE BASICS. I want to believe they're just super into it because it's fiction and an interesting story but uh... that's getting harder to believe.
