impy*hops around* One night down, four to go. I can't believe I'm this excited about getting another weekend off. It's just... odd. But my joy was almost ruined when I realized I didn't get Monday off and that Thursday & Friday would involve new manager, the weasel. Erk. But since the only night I'll really be in contact with him is a delivery night, I calmed down.
*laughs so hard it hurts. Literally*
The Grand Wizard addresses the students and kicks off the Halloween festival with a song and music video (visual highlights on the right) about Halloween being the best time of year because all sorts of crazy shit happens like your hair turning green, the dead getting up and dancing, and blacks voting Republican. If there's one reason to ever considering buying this video, this music video number is it. Just don't watch it on drugs because it may scare you into jumping out a window or sawing your own head off. Seriously. I was stone sober and it bugged me out. The 1980's were a scary time of cheap video effects and random visuals that made no sense. Add that with the power of Tim Curry and his serious and flawless execution of everything he does and you've got a musical number that makes the most disturbing scenes in "Requiem for a Dream" look like the most banal episode of "Growing Pains."
