impyRight to the face, allergies. Right. To. The. Face. Ugh.
I need to hit the hay in a few so I can get up relatively early and do my walk around the neighborhood and drop my books off in the little free library before the heat kicks in.
But before I do, I thought I'd share my afternoon conversation topic with you (and future!me, who is likely to forget until it's too late otherwise) and also do a happy dance about getting the Mummy McBoo buckets. :D I wanted them the second most, so I got my top two! :D Now to get the other two if I'm lucky. :)
I got that one pretty large, so if you want more detail, clicky-click but my trickiness didn't extend to the other one really. Woe.
Jess and I were literally (and I do mean literally) just talking about MH and then I looked over and saw the teaser pic for this pair and had to investigate. She and Cass are both super serious about trying to get themselves a set. I'm less invested but only because I really shouldn't, price wise. Doll wise though, I want. I get why people aren't thrilled because they are less MH and more straight up NBC but I think Sally is enough of a mix and Jack just looks cool, dammit. I did find it funny that the reason Jess didn't go for Beetlejuice was the reason I *did* (the gender swap). Gonna be honest, had they gone for a female Jack, we wouldn't be having a dithering conversation, I'd already be prepping myself for having no money at all.
I hope we get more pics ASAP so I can decide whether I'm going to be good, try as a backup for either Jess or Cass, or go ALL IN.
Tomorrow (today because it's after midnight?) I'm also going to attempt ~nail art~ so we'll see how that goes.
