apparently as soon as I went to bed last night a slew of MH prototypes leaked and we're picking back up again now. Venus looks amazing (though not really like...Venus? Like previous Venus gave off an entirely different vibe than new!Venus does) though Chewlian's changes are cursed. Catty's a fluffy cat now (I like how someone put that so I've stolen it) and people are being predictably shitty about that. I'm not sure how I feel about Lagoona's new look and Cleo's I waffle on. Oh, and Mattel's made the dumb decision to make Spectra look a LOT like her more expensive version and that seems to have gotten Mattel's attention and leaks were/are being nuked.

I love the new Venus. She looks even more badass than the original. Though Chewlian is one of the worst choices they've ever made.

Love Frankie's new outfit. I'm not big on Cleo's, though I'll get her for Hissette. If those bangs are anything like the pet doll's, we're all in trouble. I like Lagoona's as an outfit, but I don't love it for Lagoona. She lives in a tank in her room and she travels the school via water pipes. She can't wear long baggy pants that will tangle and slow her down.

I adore Spectra! It's about time she got a doll and I love everything about her. I'm also glad she saves me money, because I was already waffling on Runway Spectra, but now I'd rather just have this one. Yay.

New Chewlian was a series of poor choices that culminated in borderline nightmare fuel, but if that's the tradeoff the universe demanded for Venus to look that fabulous, I suppose I'll have to accept it. Because she's easily the doll I'm most excited for. :D

I like what I can see for Frankie (are we finally getting darker lips for them?!) and good point on the pants for Lagoona.

I'm not sure about Spectra's mold but I'm guessing she's a prototype and thus subject to change a big, though I was also waffling on Runway... but I kind of like bits about both. I think I'll hold out and see what happens. Yay for saving you money!
