I'm going to guess someone either looked into my inquiry further and found that nothing more than a label was ever printed, found the package itself hanging around, or just realized that hey, more than a week of absolutely no movement whatsoever was kind of suspicious, so now they're sending a replacement package. Fingers crossed this one actually arrives safely.
