Tis March, so I go all in for greens and golds for now. I've tried to remember to take pics of the polishes, even if I don't remember to share them, so here we are.

First one is:
pinkie and ring: Wildflower Lacquer's Kermie. It's this really soft green with a vibrant pink shimmer and I love it, though not necessarily for my St. Patrick's Day greens.
middle: ILNP's Empire topped with Zoya's Vienna. Vienna's got some chonky glitter and works better as a topper, and since Empire doesn't have holo they help each other out.
index: Zoya's Lucky. A thiiiiiiiiick green glitter with golden shimmer. Thiiiiiiiiiick. Also holo.
thumb: I Get My Tea From Lady Whistledown by Wildflower Lacquer, topped with Olive Ave's Hail. Hail's a scattered holo topper and it's so dainty and pretty and I love it on all the things. Tea is a lilac with a blue shimmer and it's so pretty but lilac looks like ass on me. Woe. Despite that, I have every intention of wearing this combo again once St. Patrick's Day is done.

Second pic:
ILNP 1Up. I think of it as a grass green linear holo, though there's at least a couple of Reddit posts that make it look more vibrant than it is. That said, the holo flare is definitely something to behold. It also held on for forever.

Third:
Current lefty (and will soon be mirrored on my right now that Kermie and Co have mostly left the building) is BKL's Area 51 as it's my favorite green and ILNP's Happy Hour for the accent nail. Area 51 dries matte on its own, but I usually gloss it up. Happy Hour isn't quite the gold I was going for, but it is a pretty holo. Not sure if my right hand is getting HH or if I'm going for Empire since it's down here and easily grabbed.



Spent part of last weekend keeping the swatches current after I grabbed a few of Olive Ave's offerings and found some clearance OPIs at work. Because I cannot say no to a buck for polish. Not pictured, but I picked up Exotic Birds Do Not Tweet, which is one of the only OPI names I can remember unprompted. Huzzah!


Thursday night I was obnoxiously hyper about the lunar eclipse. :D


Adora Boa is the cutest cat you know-ah. It rhymes, it must be true.


Ugh, one of the downsides to the weather headache finally going away is that I get all sleepy once that happens. Body, we slept the afternoon away in a nice snooze. We do not require more sleep yet. (Body says no, we slept for a couple of hours nicely and then the headache moved in. Rude.)

Huzzah for the green! I really like the ILNP 1Up, it's nice and sparkly without being OTT. Also really digging the BKL Area 51, gorgeous deep color on that one.

I've reconnected with my BFF from HS and he's gotten into polish in the last couple of years. He's a HUGE Halo Taco fan. I'm trying to coax him into drugstore polish but he might be too much of a snob already LOL. I will definitely be mining your indie polish posts for gold to keep up with him, LOL.

Did you say OPIs for $1?? Wow, sounds like a unicorn of a sale!
