Anyone wanna guess what I did at work last night? Anyone at all? I built a reindeer. Okay, assembled one, but still. Those lighted ones you see on people's lawn in the winter? Those things are a bitch to put together if you actually try to follow the instructions. The hardest part? Trying to put it up on the top shelf without a ladder. Which worked, and we plugged her in and everything... Except the moment it turned its head to the left, it slumped over. So I had to hold the damn thing, up on my tippytoes, for ten minutes while Kathleen looked for the ladder. My arms turned to spaghetti. Very limp spaghetti.

Now if I could only get cheerlessbeauty's freakin' Amazon wishlist to come up. I think I found it, once. But everytime I go to buy her very, veryvery belated birthday present, guess who can't find it?

but one more item crossed off my to do list. now to give mumsy my card with limitations set and a small list [who knew I'd need four packages of chocolate pudding?] so i can make my pies. mmmmm. pie!
