So, movies filmed in Charleston that interest me at damn near 4am:
New Best Friend: Meredith Monroe! *sniff*
Bionic Ever After: Um, yeah. Normally I wouldn't put this as anything interesting, however a scene or two was filmed in my neighborhood. Not this one, but the old one. Right around the corner, as a matter of fact. Which is always interesting. :p [and we can play six degrees of holly! lindsay wagner was in b.e.a and sins of silence with Holly. oooh. :p]
O: A movie shot so much down here that I can identify the buildings in certain scenes [moreso if I actually saw the whole thing]. Also remember the casting call for the basketball scenes.
The Patriot: Ho hum. I remember the big fuss about this and Die Hard w/a Vengence being filmed here. Ooh, and ahh. Can't ID scenery, but then again, would have to watch either movie, again.
Also, some Tori Spelling TV movie, ages ago. Thrills and chills as they filmed something next door [you try being sorta young and keeping away from all the windows on that side of the house... :p] annnnd elsewhere in the neighborhood.
Yeah. Not a whole lot is shot here that's of any interest. I wonder why that is... Oh yeah, cuz while it's got a certain charm, Hollywood can just skip to NC for the same thing and half the rednecks. Allegedly. :P
