The ML equivilent of C:tP
Jun. 13th, 2003 01:01 amA note. I am a mailing list whore. Well, for certain things. I will join just about any list that a friend sends my way because I am also a picture whore, and lists are insanely wonderful for said whores. Yes indeed. Thing is, sometimes you get freakishly active lists.... Off Topic lists, I might add.
Do not join the following list unless you REALLY like getting 6 emails in 60 seconds. No joke. I clocked it, man.

Which, by my calculations sent 75 [and climbing] emails in the last 45 minutes. Or, if you like daily averages, 250 emails were sent yesterday. I think 5 were actually on topic. :P I'm being kind there.
So, yes. I'm going to picture whore and then see if that's enough to keep me on a list that pretty much blew my mailbox up. Not even the ever creative rule #5 is enough to definitely keep me.
Bte, the number just jumped another 15 or so. Sooooooo, yes. Thank the lord for less mail.
