Regarding the Alyssa Intimate Portrait [I meant to comment before, honest]:
Lin Milano is scary, but at least she didn't refer to Alyssa as "Alyssa Milano" like she did on the Revealed thing. That was creepy.
No Shannen [yay!] but no Rose either. Pondering whether Rose just likes to keep her private life apart from her work, or what, but I don't think I've seen her really discuss the others in anything other than the occasional article.
Yay for Holly goodness. :D

Overall they seemed to try and rewrite a bit of Charmed history with making it seem like Alyssa was first choice, but whatever. Fluffy, light, but could have done with a bit more Charmed goodness considering she's nearly tripled the amount of episodes for her run on Melrose. *shrug*

What? I was never one of those kids who wanted to be just like Mom/Dad in the suit, or be a doctor or anything semi sane. I think my most normal ones were the 12 hour desire to be a vet [til I realized blood and reptiles both repulse me], and the month long desire to be a teacher [and then I realized I wouldn't like kids any better when I was older]. Now it's the writer hope [yeah, no one even humors me anymore. sad when the shrink I made cry believed in me more than certain people..], along with gift shop girl, newspaper deliver girl [hey, if shaniqwa and her baby daddy, new boyfriend, and 7 kids can do it at 4am, so can I, bitch], and the two above ideas.

Mainly because I don't want to pay the cash to take the US Postal Service employment test, only to have to deliver out in Hollywood and the outerlying areas. :p But I still cling to my UPS dreams. One day I'll make brown look good. One day. Maybe Fed Ex.

Heard from Amanda today. Yay! I was feeling so guilty thinking she was in town and I hadn't seen her or called, and felt like such an awful friend. Turns out she's in NC. So ixnay on the guilt.

Went to Mount Pleasant [I know, this means next to nothing to just about everyone] to hit the bookstore to get my credit renewed or buy some books. Nothing I really wanted. Nothing I even wanted to give as a gift. :/ The upshot is that I can always loot through my books and take some more in. Of course, why bother when they don't have anything I want now? Why up the useless credit? :p

Nearly had to drive back over the twin bridges from HELL [I really should find a picture to show people who don't understand why I turn Rose McGowan pale at the thought of ever having to drive across those things], but luckily mother dear was in a good enough mood to do the honors. Yay!
