impy: tori from jackie's strength video (sexy beast)
Okay, with the premiere of Charmed rapidly approaching [and yet no radio ad yet o_O] I figure I'd best share my views on certain things before my brain is fried. That happens on new Charmed nights. I can forget incredibly important and not so important stuff. :p

Weird: Turning on the TV Guide Channel and seeing that Embrace of the Vampire was on the WB at noonish. Followed by Hugo Pool. Is it an Alyssa-athon?

Joan of Arcadia: I liked God. Yeah. Joan I'm okay with. Don't really have a problem with the show [wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but what is?] but everytime I got interested and perked up, a commercial would come on and ruin the flow. As it stands, I think it's something I could grow to like unless Miss Match is as cute as I'm hoping it will be. That I taped and haven't watched yet, so fingers crossed.

1-800-Missing: Lifetime. Woo. Have kept fairly quiet about watching this as I haven't wanted to let anyone else influence my opinion and I think said opinion is formed finally. I'm not thrilled. The books are snarktastic. Book-Jess is spunky. [yes, I said spunky] TV-Jess is as well. Book-Jess is the star. She is what the entire series is about. These are her wonky adventures and this is her story. Not so with the TV-Jess. TV Jess is shoved to the background to dream and not even in the same way she does in the books. Sigh. I don't mind the changes, really, as I've only read 2/3 of the books [missed the first one] and it's not like I'm extremely attached to anything. I don't like the fact that they keep shoving Jess to the side even though she's supposed to be at least half the focus. She's not. And that's irksome. :/ Still, good episode on Saturday, til the end.

Still... no Charmed radio promo. GG got one. Why not Charmed?
