Oct. 7th, 2003 01:59 amFinally sent my vote for the Ravenclaw awards in. I'm sure in the coming days I'll go back and wonder why I voted the way I did, but damn it, I tried to pick the best of the bunch.
Did you know that 5 straight hours of Angel really will numb your brain? Oh yes. Yes, yes. And affect your dreams. But not in fun Faith ways, but boring bland "what are you doing here" kind of ways. Blah.
My favorite Fearless board is closing up shop temporarily. Which is kind of odd as the coming months are the ones I'd expect to be the busiest since it was shoved to midseason. Maybe I'll be proven right [stranger things have been known to happen] and they'll be back. Like, now.
Opened the newspaper before my Angel marathon and what do you know. An article on Ashley Scott. You probably best forgot her as Huntress on Birds of Prey last fall. She was the one front and center of almost every picture. The brunette if you're still drawing blanks. Anywho, horribly written article [every other damn paragraph ended with "she said."] but not a bad article to have written. If that makes sense. St. Andrews High. Evil. Don't blame her for dropping out. Even for the genius kids it wasn't all that much fun. Of course being shoved in the same classes with the same assholes every day might color my view just a smidge...
And now if you need me? I'll be reading Samurai Girl #2.
