Also, I got my paycheck today and while it wasn't as fab as I hoped [have to check and see why exactly] it didn't suck either. :D Now I'll put my half aside, split that in half, put half in my savings, and the other half will go to buy crap for the next two weeks. I'm trying out this whole "savings" thing. Should be a new experience for me. ;)
Now. Other stuff. Lesse. Work was dull and uneventful, although I think Rose and I spent the whole night goofing off, which was great. It's so weird to be able to just joke around and bitch and yay for that. :D We also said, "Fuck this shit" to Jeffrey leaving this pile of take-backs for Rose to put away with the line, "Chryss [that's how it's spelled on the schedule anyway] and I had a miscommunication". And so Rose or I should have to put away your stuff? I think not, buddy boy. So it'll be waiting there until he gets in at four. Hee. On the other hand, being semi-spiteful will bite me in the arse since I'm going in at 10 tonight... taking over for him. Ugh. What a start to the tax-free weekend.
If you've been trying to get ahold of moi on MSN and I've been ignoring you, it was Mumsy. I was stupid and had it set to auto-log in, and since she's fairly computer illiterate, it kept signing her back on everytime she did something silly and got kicked off. Or something. Dunno really, I was asleep. She mentioned Heida & Jake, but like I said. Asleep. Forgiveness & stuff?
*does the puppy dog look, all wide-eyed hopeful*
Which, oddly enough, reminds me that this guy came in three times this morning. The second time, after Rose left, he commented on my hair, which seems especially long these days. And then as he left the third time, I was upgraded to precious. Odd. The weirdest people seem to single me out.
Hrmm. Had an odd dream last night before work. Dreamt Mandy [friend since we were five] and Ari [who doesn't particularly like Mandy much] were sharing this house that was four stories tall. Ari's mom was living on the first floor, and to get to the fourth floor, you had to kind of pull yourself up through the ceiling/floor. Like an attic that had no ladder, I guess. Not fun in the dream. Thing was, Mandy was exceptionally high the entire dream. Like manic-hyper-not herself at all. Ari too, to a lesser degree. But Mandy was just nuts the whole time. Sooooo weird.
La. No NDE's last night, that I'm aware of.
Eeep! Thunderstorm. Bah to it. I need to call ari. I need to sleep. And I feel the need to pass out hugs. *does so* Much better mood the past few days, even if my lyrical obsessions don't show it.
