Kay. Quick date-of-the-up.
Bummer: One of our regular customers came in late this morning and told me it would be his last morning coming in as he no longer worked at... wherever he worked before. Which, on the one hand, was kind of odd to be told this by pretty much a stranger. On the other hand, he was always nice and easy going, and it's nice to know that someone didn't want to gouge their eyes out everytime they got stuck in my line... or something. *sniff*
The amused:
This morning, sometime after six, this dude came in looking for vitamins. Turns out zee pharmacist couldn't help, so they called the manager. I do believe mad madam H went over to help. Then when I turned my back, I got called to the register cuz dude was there. [sneaky!] About two seconds after talking to me, he starts hitting on me. Odd. Especially since he wasn't nine billion years old. :p Usually the guys who hit on me, especially with that much determination, are old. Which then reminded me of one of Ari's friends in England... somewhere. Anyway, went over to her house and she was talking to him [computers can be fab] and somehow my hair was brought up in passing. Specifically that it's fairly long. He went nuts over that bit of information. Which irked ari a smidge, and weirded us all out when we thought about it too much. *snort*
Kay. I need to go get dressed. I'm going hunting for stuff. Jake! Addy please! Assume I won't make it by the deadline of you leaving skool.
... note to self: get address book that isn't small enough to fit on a keychain. Or actually put addresses in aforementioned keychain book.
Now. Cross your fingers and hope I got my order for mini Noirs in on time. Fankoo.
