fluffy widget books
Dec. 20th, 2005 06:44 amIn totally fluffy news: Widget! Still here. :D So, I cannot possibly ask for anything else for Christmas since I said that if Widget appeared, I wouldn't need another gift.
That said, Saturday my gift from TS appeared. *throws confetti* I kept meaning to mention it, but it would slip my mind or I'd realize I'd frozen again. Anyway, A List. Yay! Now I can read through them whenever a new one turns up and won't be as lost as I normally am. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You're one of the best book crack dealers ever.
Combined with mah gift from T, it's going to be a very book filled holiday. :) The widge helped me put the books on my nifty black bookcase, and he learned the important lesson of how books are supposed to be placed on a shelf.
Unfortunately someone's been having him watch the trump, as he keeps screaming, "you're fired!" which sounds cute, but isn't. It's really, really, really not. I wish I could remember how my brother and I acted when we were four so I'd know if the temper flares were closer to normal than I fear, or if his parroting ways are trying to tell me to kill Ben and be done with it.
My aunt seems to need a new heart valve. Despite my uncle assuring us not to worry about them, to me that says, "worry just a little, kay, darlings?" But that's just me.
Back to happy thoughts, it's less than a week til Christmas, and I don't have to work Christmas night. Most of my gifts have been bought, and those that haven't can either be picked up by someone else or are being planned for after Christmas giving anyway. Now I need to wrap presents and try not to freeze.
