Jan. 25th, 2006 10:48 amG'ah. I hate not being more assertive, easily guilted, and people who come in late or don't come in or call. Jeffrey was late, hell for all I know he's still not there. After my numerous sick days in December, I felt bad enough that I figured I'd try to avoid annoyance that no one had bothered to realize I was still there and shouldn't be... until 8:30.
Dude. WB & UPN are being smooshed into one network this fall. I guess it doesn't matter how badly either one of them does in this year's shows since they'll only have to worry about half the shows, eh? For some reason, this annoys me. I don't know why, other than I really hate UPN's reception, even on cable. It always looks fucked up, and you know damn well that'll be what the newest lamest channel will look like. [CW? What the blue fuck?]
I'm cold. I'm gonna go blow my mind with useless bridal trivia. I know, redundant. But first, a tale from the locker of stupidity:
About two minutes after I got to work and clocked in, this guy comes in and asks if we sell trackphones. Indeed we do. K & I point them out, and he picks up two of them. He then grabs the $80 minute card and asks if it's $80. No, it just says that to confuse you. Annnnnnd then he walks right past the register and out the door. :p I'm sure if one were sneaky enough or smart enough or something enough, they could activate the phone & cards without aid of the register, but until that happens, he just stole a pile of useless plastic. Good job, asshole.
Scrubs!
