afi, books, and crackwhores

Finished Fearless #2 [well, the FBI branch, anyway] and I gotta say that while there's still NFW [no fucking way?] I buy half their leaps of logic, once I acknowledge this, I fall so deep into the engrossing fluffy plot that I'm extremely dissappointed when the book ends. The joyful freefall of a good book in a series almost always seems to end with me not notcing the end until it rises up and smacks me in the face.

Thus brings us to the next book in my random bag of library books: 13 Little Blue Envelopes. It seems quite interesting thus far, but I think I'm on page 22, so I can't be sure.

Hmm. Did I wax poetic abot Faerie Wars and The Purple Emperor yet? If so, ignore me. If not, go out and snag a copy of each and check back in a day or so, however long it takes you to finish. Such love. Anytime you go from laughing at one of the villains to hoping they don't die and it's not because you love to hate them, well... Good stuff. I do believe it's impossible to not love Holly Blue and Henry. Well, less so for Blue in TPE, but Henry is frequently adorable and deserving of love.

So who buys nothing but a package of Chore Boy at 4am? A crack whore, that's who. No. Seriously.
