I bitch, therefor it's a day I work
May. 27th, 2006 09:49 amX3. X3. X3. Yeah, I had such high hopes for you, my darling. Perhaps that was the problem. I had high hopes for the original and left the theatre wanting to claw my eyes out. I had no hope at all for X2 and left the theatre ready to see the movie again and again and again. X3 wasn't as bad as the original but wasn't the joyous geektastic adventure of the second.
Perhaps because X2 seemed like an Xmen movie. Team work and more than two good guys versus one and a half bad guys? Yeah, that could do it.

Where were Jubilee & Pyslocke? I'm assuming Siryn was the redhead who kept popping up?
Inadvertantly tried setting up another viewing, but I think I missed it when I ohso foolishly went to sleep yesterday. Apparently "So we'll see it Monday" is code for "in an hour I'll call and invite you to see it tonight."
I don't want to go to work tonight. ;_;
Annnnnnnnnnnnnd is it wrong to be slightly miffed when you find out that the birthday and Christmas gifts you'd given someone who asked for them ended up on ebay?
